FLC will feature more than 35 unique workshops and sessions for women of all experience levels to sharpen their skills and expand their horizons. The following are just some examples (see the Program & Schedule page for more):

FLC will provide a chance to hear from and meet with leaders of the Reform Movement. We will be inspired by speakers such as Blair C. Marks, outgoing WRJ President; Susan C. Bass, incoming WRJ President; Rabbi Rick Jacobs, URJ President; April Baskin, URJ Vice President – Audacious Hospitality; and URJ female camp directors. Learn first-hand from these strong, impressive leaders.
FLC 2018 Speakers & Performers include:
FLC will afford you the opportunity to reconnect with sisters from your own women’s group and District, while meeting new friends from around the world! Gather together with your District on Friday morning, and then branch out over the weekend. If you are a first-timer at FLC, don’t worry – we’ll match you up with a “buddy” beforehand and you’ll get to experience WRJ’s infamous “audacious hospitality.”
FLC will move you when you experience the powerful prayer of hundreds of women worshipping together on Shabbat. Led by musician-in-residence Michelle Citrin, our worship will lift you spiritually as you witness the magic of women praying and singing as one in services created just for FLC 2018.
FLC will demonstrate the importance of the YES Fund and bring you back to your camp days! The WRJ YES (Youth, Education, & Special Projects) Fund represents the collective financial efforts of individual donors and WRJ-affiliated sisterhoods to strengthen and ensure the future of Reform Judaism through grants. This year, we are honored to feature several female URJ camp directors at the FLC YES Fund Lunch, where you can relive carefree camp experiences while learning from these inspiring women about the importance of supporting Reform youth at camp and beyond.
FLC will excite and energize you as we celebrate Purim together. Bring your costume and get ready for a full-fledged Purim party on Saturday night! The holiday falls on Wednesday evening (February 28th), but the FLC hotel (and our attendees) will be decked out to shake their groggers on the final night of FLC.
FLC will give you the tools you need to become an empowered leader. Learn. Share. Pray. Connect. Grow. Register for FLC today!
