Cheryl is the CEO and Founder of Creative Blueprints for Leaders. She works with business builders, business owners, board members, executives and forward-thinking organizations to help them map out their dreams and goals, build step by step plans to achieve those goals and connect them to resources to help them and their companies grow and flourish in both good times and bad times. She is a seasoned C-Suite Executive who also serves as a Vistage Chair, a Mentor for start-up founders and high potentials through partnerships with the New Jersey Mental Health Institute, Tech Stars, and 1863 Ventures. She is a national speaker, entrepreneur, author, and sits on several national and international Boards. Cheryl is an accomplished published author of many articles, and is also a best-selling, award-winning author who has written two books: Live Your Purpose, Love Your Work and Love Your Life: Cultivating Your Vision and Tending Your Dreams. She has also co-authored a Yoga For the Brain Book. Cheryl also has a podcast and video series called Hungry, Humble, Human™.
Cheryl has been married to the love of her life, Alexander Young for over 23 years, and is Mom to two amazing children with 32 combined anaphylactic food allergies. In her spare time, Cheryl volunteers for many organizations in the local community and around the globe. She also serves as an advocate for Food Allergy Awareness through her passion project, The Allergy Ninja. She can oftentimes be found in her test kitchen making delicious allergy safe recipes and allergy safe skin care products for her own kids and various clients.
