Rabbi Jill L. Maderer served on the CCAR Task Force for the Experience of Women in the Rabbinate, has served as faculty at URJ Camp Harlam, and serves as the senior rabbi of Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia, a community she has served since her ordination from HUC in 2001.
