WRJ has been at the forefront of social justice advocacy work in the Reform Movement for more than 100 years. In that vein, the 2021 WRJ Resolutions Committee is excited to propose two new Resolutions to WRJ. Here is everything you need to know about this year’s WRJ resolutions. What are WRJ Resolutions? First, thank you to the WRJ for recognizing HIAS with this award. As a board member, it warms my heart to have the incredibly dedicated and complicated work of our staff be noticed and lifted up, especially in these very difficult times. At 7 a.m., the “Women of the Wall” begin with Shacharit, proceed to Hallel, and hope to arrive at the service for the reading of the Torah. These services... Read More
