Latkes vs. Sufganiyot: Hanukkah Recipes and the Stories Behind Them

Join WRJ, Alpha Epsilon Phi, and Sigma Delta Tau for a spiritual Hanukah learning and cooking program with Rabbi Emily Langowitz, Program Manager for Jewish Learning and Engagement at URJ.

In this program, we will put to the test two alternative recipes to traditional latkes and sufganiyot (donuts). Rabbi Langowitz will teach us how to make baked honey crumb donuts and scrumptious potato kugel while discussing the history and stories of Hanukah and teach us why we indulge in these oily treats for all 8 days!
