Fees & Registration

FLC 2018 registration will open in October 2017 and closes February 10, 2018.

Your registration fee includes all FLC programming from Thursday afternoon kick-off through Sunday midday conclusion, meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners), and access to the WRJ FLC 2018 Yammer (online networking) group for ongoing communication and resources.

Registration does not include your hotel room, airfare/travel, or any other meals or activities outside of those listed above. See the Hotel & Travel page and Program/Schedule page for more information.

** Full FLC Registrants may register one or more Guests, who are not themselves members of WRJ, to attend the non-workshop portions of Shabbat. This is not intended to be a "partial attendance" package for WRJ members but, instead, for friends and family of FLC attendees to join them for Shabbat programming in Nashville. This package includes all worship/Torah study and meals from Friday night through Saturday night (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Shabbat Guests may also add the Thursday Donor Event and/or Friday YES Fund lunch to their registration. Please email wrjregistrar@wrj.org to receive the Shabbat Guest registration link.

The following items may be added, at an extra cost, within your registration:

  • WRJ Choir: $18 (FLC registrants only)
  • Fundraising Event:
    • Supporter: $180
    • VIP: $220 (includes priority seating, museum audio guide & more)

Payment can be made with your online registration using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. If you need instructions on mailing a check payment, please contact wrjregistrar@wrj.org.

Canadian and other non-U.S. registrants pay the same registration fee (local currency equivalent of the USD fee at the time registration is completed), by credit card in their online registration.

We understand that attendance at FLC may be financially difficult. Please check the Grants page to see if you qualify for registration assistance.

Changing your registration: For all registration changes and updates, email the WRJ Registrar or call 212-650-4050.

Refunds:
If you register for the WRJ FLC 2018 and are no longer able to attend, you must email  WRJ Registrar with your cancellation request and include the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be applied as follows, depending on the date the refund is requested:

  • On or before February 1, 2018: A full refund less a $50 administrative fee
  • February 2-19, 2018: A full refund less a $50 administrative fee and less any costs WRJ has incurred for reserved meals and/or other expenses
  • On or after February 20, 2018:  No refund except in the event of a documented illness, death in the family, or inclement weather that makes travel to the conference impossible, for which WRJ will offer to refund 50% of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee.

Fundraising Event refund policy:

  • On or before February 14, 2018: 50% refund
  • On or after February 15, 2018: No refund provided

Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed. We are not able to offer a credit balance toward future WRJ events.
