The rate for WRJ attendees is $179/night + tax for a standard Deluxe Room (2 queen beds or 1 king bed).

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations in WRJ’s discounted room block. Rooms are available at the discounted rate through the WRJ room block for the period of Tuesday, February 27, 2018 through Sunday, March 4, 2018 (checking out Monday). After completing your online FLC registration, you will receive the link to make a hotel reservation in your confirmation page and email. All reservations must be made by 11pm CST on February 5, 2018. After this date, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available or the rate which you will be charged.

Any hotel reservation cancellations or special requests must be made directly with the hotel. Hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a fee. 


Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to/from the hotel for FLC. Please wait to book your travel until after you complete your FLC registration, to ensure you have the most complete details regarding required arrival and departure dates/times for the programs for which you sign up.

For those flying: Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, less than 10 minutes away. The Nashville Airport Marriott Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle between 4:30 a.m. – 11:45 p.m. The shuttle picks up at the airport at :15 and :45 past the hour, and departs the hotel lobby at :00 and :30 of each hour. At the airport, follow the signs downstairs and outside to Ground Transportation, then cross the crosswalk and turn left for the “Hotel Shuttles” sign, under which the shuttle will pick-up. Note that the shuttle fits about 15 passengers at once; during busy times, you may have to wait. The overflow hotel, Residence Inn Nashville Airport, also offers an airport shuttle between 6:15 am and 11:45 pm. It picks up at the hotel at :15 and :45 past the hour and departs the hotel lobby at :20 and :50 each hour. Between 12:50 pm and 11:00 pm you must call (615-889-8600) to have the airport schedule this shuttle.

If you require a taxi/Uber/Lyft, the approximate cost is $10-20 each way. Visit the hotel website for more information.

Be sure to book a flight that lands earlier than 3:15 pm on Thursday, March 1st to get to the hotel in time to check-in and pick up your registration materials before FLC officially begins at 5:00 pm. If you’re attending the Donor Event at 12:00 pm on Thursday, land by 10:45 am on Thursday morning to arrive at the hotel in time.

For your departure from FLC, be sure to book a flight that leaves after 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 4th so that you don’t miss any of the action!

Check the FLC Schedule for additional program start/end times. A good rule of thumb is to land at the airport at least 1.5 hours before your program begins, and depart at least 2.5 hours after the final program ends.

For those driving: there is free overnight self-parking at the hotel.

Be sure to arrive at the hotel by 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 1st to allow time to check-in and pick up your registration materials before FLC officially kicks off at 5:00 pm!
