“This was truly a life transforming experience for me—it impacted my involvement with my congregational sisterhood, passion for doing social justice work, and my Jewish spirituality.”
–Joan Kaspin, Congregation of Reform Judaism Sisterhood, Orlando, FL.
WRJ Fried Women’s Conference (FWC) Grants help sisterhoods, whose members have not participated in recent past leadership conferences, to benefit from the learning, networking, and spiritual growth that happens there. This year, these Grants will send sisterhood women to the WRJ Fried Women’s Conference 2020 in Phoenix, AZ. See if your sisterhood is eligible by checking this list.
By applying for a grant, all grantees are committing to attend all sessions during FWC.
Sisterhoods selected to receive a WRJ FWC grant will receive one $595 early bird registration fee for the conference, which covers programming, materials, and meals. Sisterhoods may split up the grant funds among two or more women if desired. North American sisterhoods must pay their registration fee initially, and will be reimbursed after completing an online survey, after FWC ends.
