Fees and Registration

FWC 2024 registration is open now through May 15, 2024. 
 

We extend our deepest appreciation to lifetime Board member, Joanne B. Fried, for generously underwriting Fried Women’s Conference (FWC). Thanks to her support, we can keep registration costs reasonable for all attendees, ensuring that this empowering experience remains accessible to a diverse community of women. In addition, we offer scholarships, grants, and young adult rates to engage hundreds of attendees from North America and beyond. Joanne’s commitment to women’s empowerment and engagement is the driving force behind this transformative conference.

Full FWC registration fee includes:

• All FWC 2024 programming;
• All (8) meals from Thursday night dinner through Sunday morning breakfast (8 total meals: 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners);
• Access to the FWC 2024 event mobile app and the Mighty Networks (online networking) group for pre-event connecting and post-event communication and resources. All workshop resources (files, etc.) that WRJ has permission to share will be posted online for FWC24 registrants’ exclusive and ongoing access.

Shabbat registration includes:

• FWC 2024 programming beginning Friday at 5:30pm with worship services, running through Saturday at 6:00pm. This includes Friday night and Saturday morning services, torah study, two workshop blocks, and a keynote session.
• Meals (3): Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast and lunch. Please note that this package does not include dinner on Saturday night; this is only available for Full FWC attendees.

Virtual-Only registration includes:

• Livestream access to FWC 2024 general sessions (3) and Shabbat worship services (2) from Thursday through Sunday, plus post-conference recordings of all of these sessions and four (4) FWC workshops.
   

Registration does not include access to the Fundraising Event (separate sign-up and payment required), your travel/flight, your hotel room, any meals outside of those listed above, or any donation to WRJ. Hotel rooms are available in WRJ’s block at $239/night + tax; you will receive more details on hotel booking in your registration confirmation email.

Payment can be made with your online registration using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. If you need instructions on mailing a check payment, please contact wrjregistrar@wrj.org.

Canadian and other non-U.S. registrants pay the same registration fee (local currency equivalent of the USD fee at the time registration is completed), by credit card in their online registration.

Please note that your registration fee includes a $3 “Accessibility” Fee. In accordance with WRJ’s Accessibility Policy, the fee from each registrant will be added to the WRJ Accessibility Fund, to be used for expenses incurred at WRJ-sponsored events and meetings in order to make reasonable accommodations for attendees who have special needs and to make best efforts to allow for universal access and participation to the fullest extent possible.

Sisterhood Delegation Rebate Incentive Program:
In 2021, at Virtual Fried Women’s Conference, WRJ offered women’s groups who registered a certain number of people a rebate for FWC 2024. If you are a member of a women’s group which earned a rebate, WRJ will be contacting your group to remind you. Rebates cannot be combined with a grant for the same registration. We hope your women’s group will be able to send multiple participants to take advantage of both offers.

Grants: 
Grants are available to make FWC more financially accessible for those who wish to attend. FWC grants will cover the full cost of an early bird registration for the conference, which includes programming, materials, and most meals. Changing your registration: 
For all registration changes and updates, email the WRJ Registrar or call 212-650-4050.

FWC Registration Refunds:
If you register for FWC 2024 and are no longer able to attend, you must email the WRJ Registrar with your cancellation request and include the reason for the cancellation. A full refund of the registration fee originally paid, less a $50 administrative fee to cover credit card processing costs, will be provided for requests received on or before May 8, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be provided, as WRJ will have already incurred non-refundable expenses on your behalf. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as a documented illness, death in the family, or inclement weather that makes travel impossible, WRJ will seek reimbursement from our vendors on your behalf, but please note that no refund of any amount is guaranteed.
