In partnership with the Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR), the fourth and final webinar in the series provided strategies for sustaining and continuing the conversations from WRJ says STOP: An Initiative Against Sexual Harassment and Assault. We were excited to welcome back CEO of Ta’amod, Nicole Navarez, as our keynote and introduce Rabbi Dara Frimmer and her lay leader partner, Allison Samek, into this work as a model of congregational change. WRJ provided a framework for the evolution of creating and maintaining a respectful, healthy environment within our home communities and model what success looks like in doing this kind of work.
