Alyse Kirschen

Alyse Kirschen joined the WRJ Board in 2020 after serving on the URJ North American Board for eight years. In 2024, she became a member at large on the Executive Committee. She is involved with the Pacific District Action & Advocacy Team, the URJ Congregational Ethics Team, Israel Leadership Network and RAC Commission on Social Action. 

She is a past president of Temple Beth Tikvah in Fullerton, California and Hillel of Orange County. Alyse has been mentoring synagogue presidents and facilitating board workshops for many years. She is a licensed psychologist and the Director of Counseling Services at Ketchum University in Orange County.
