Start the new year with a renewed commitment to your mental well-being.
Join us for an online program focused on understanding boundaries, building healthy self-care habits, and cultivating balance in everyday life. We’ll explore what healthy boundaries look like, why they matter, as well as practice practical, easy-to-apply strategies for maintaining balance and evaluating different areas of life.
The program will conclude with an open Q&A to address participant questions and offer reflections on program insights.
We are pleased to be joined by Ellen Miller, online program committee member, past WRJ board member, and licensed clinical social worker; Pattie Schreiber, a new WRJ board member with extensive experience working with lay leaders and serving as a personal development and leadership coach; and Carly Coons, licensed social worker, Director of Programming & Resiliency Roundtable at BeWell and the Blue Dove Foundation. Their combined expertise will guide a rich and supportive conversation to help you start the year grounded, informed, and empowered.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
