Liz Geier

Liz Geier, daughter of Tammie Geier and David Geier, of blessed memory, grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and moved to Greensboro, North Carolina, in 2016, when the family joined Temple Emanuel. Liz has attended Kesher (previously known as Temple Emanuel Religious School) since 2016, and had her Bat Mitzvah in 2018. Liz has been a Madricha at Kesher for four years, participated in L’taken (2021 and soon to be 2024), and served on BBYO/Etta Spier’s (Jewish Youth Group) board for five years. She has additionally spent a semester in Israel her sophomore year with URJ Heller High (2021), protested with Women of the Wall (2021), participated in the March of the Living (2023), and now is a Kenneth Leventhal High School Intern with Stand With Us (2023). Liz is a senior a Grimsley High School.
