Don't miss WRJ Atlantic District's next Cultural Connection Sunday, May 19th in New Brunswick, NJ.


We'll enjoy an insider curator led tour of the George Segal exhibition at the Zimmerli Museum at Rutgers-New Brunswick campus. Segal was the son of Polish immigrants who became part of the Jewish farm movement in South Jersey. He was a member of the "Rutgers Ten," a convergence of highly talented art professors and students considered among of the most important and influential artists in the1960s Pop Art movement. His sculptures, both indoor and outdoor, interpreted important social issues such as Gay Liberation, the Holocaust, the Depression, and much more are in collections worldwide.
